This piece is part of the Control Room Series. As the name suggests, the occupant found a need to recycle wasted time. He operates the crane to off-load the scrap material from time collectors who dock at his station. Then he and his family reconstitute the time into new, re-usable chunks for sale on the black market. People like you and I who find we don't have enough time to get things done can purchase his product and get a second chance to complete the things we missed.
